The Du’aa (Supplication to Allaah) and Tasbeeh (Words of glorification of Allaah) by Yoonus ‘alaih-is-salaam (Peace be upon Him)

Assalaamu ‘Alaikum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakaatuh
May Salaam (Peace), Allaah’s Rahmah (Mercy) and His Barakaat (Blessings) be upon you
“Had he not been of Musabbiheen (those who do Tasbeeh, who glorify Allâh), He would have indeed remained inside its belly (the fish) till the Day of Resurrection.”

The Du’aa(Supplication to Allaah) and Tasbeeh(Words of glorification of Allaah) by Yoonus ‘alaih-is-salaam (Peace be upon Him) are described in the following Aayah of Soorah Al-Anbiyaa:
لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
Laa Ilaaha illaa anta Subhaanaka innee kuntu minaththaalimeen
“There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong who committed Zulm and injustice!”
Allaah The Exalted says:
” And remember Zun-nun, when he departed in wrath: He imagined that We had no power over him! But he cried through the depths of darkness, “There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong!” Qur’an (21:87)

” So We listened to him: and We gave him Najaat (salvation, deliverance, that is, We delivered him) from Ghamm (Distress): and thus do We deliver those who have Eemaan ( faith in Allaah and His Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam ).” Qur’an (21:88)
Now this is a very significant lesson for  the sons and daughters of Aadam ‘alaih-is-salaam ( peace be upon him) who are self-afflicted by distress and ghamm at an unprecedented scale in human history (since the creation of Aadam ‘alaih-is-salaam), and that is, how Allaah delivers and saves mankind from ghamm, and how Allaah gives najaat to his slaves and creatures.
Eemaan in Allaah and His Rasool sall Allaahu ‘alaihi wasallam and Tasbeeh of Allaah is the key to najaat of mankind from all kinds of ghamm.
We should say سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ Subhaan Allaah (Glory be to Allaah who is pure from and above all flaws) 100 times after Fajr and ‘Asr everyday.
OR
We can say...
Laa Ilaaha illaa anta Subhaanaka innee kuntu minaththaalimeen
every morning and every evening. “There is no god but thou: glory to thee: I was indeed wrong who committed Zulm and injustice!”
The meanings of Du’aa (Invoking Allaah by praying, Supplication to Allaah),Tawbah(repentance) and Istighfaar (imploring Allaah to forgive you, praying for seeking maghfirah(forgiveness) from Allaah) are all implicit in this above Du’aa of Yoonus ‘alaih-is-salaam.
May all Muslims say at least once in life this Du’aa:
لَّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
